C. A request to consider Conditional Use Permit No. 2021-06 and
associated environmental clearance for the establishment, use and
maintenance of an Automated Car Wash. The project's CEQA
Environmental Clearance has been satisfied by MND-2018-01 (SCHN
2020070234). The subject site address is at 2810 Imperial Highway,
zoned West Town Center Neighborhood (Lynwood Transit Area
Specific Plan), and described as a 37,940 square feet irregularly
shaped site (Tentative Parcel Map No. 82086 — in process).
