arrived at 7:30.
Motion by Nielsen second by James to approve the minutes of the February and March regular meetings and the March 27 special meeting. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Nielsen second by James to approve the Treasurer’s report for March. All ayes, carried.
Motion by James second by Van Hauen to approve the following bills for payment.

Discussion of the water project. We will look into financing through the State Revolving Loan Fund with a 20 year pay back.
Clerk will send out letters to owners of junk cars.
Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve liquor license for the Town House Supper Club. All ayes, carried.
Motion to adjourn Nielsen second by Lindaman. All ayes, carried.
