Building Committee Minutes
August 17, 2016

Called to order 3:15
Minutes approved, 1st Bill, 2nd Karen, all in favor
Old Business
• 24 responses from the online survey, results consistent with public meetings. Survey will
remain online for another week.
New Business
• Meg created time slots for consultants to meet with a high school group and 4th/5th
grade group after meeting with expansion committee
• Committee members are still trying to contact individuals with the McCall Donnelly
School District
• Lola will contact Principal Tim Thomas for Heather
• Lunch plan - Heather will make taco meat and have a taco salad. Expansion committee
members signed up to bring items.
• A work session (?) will be 9 am with consultant on 8/30 at the Community Church. We
need to figure out what to call this meeting and post it appropriately.
Next meetings are Sept 7 and Sept 21 at 3:15pm.
