AMENDING RESOLUTION #97-19 AUTHORIZING MAYOR
TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR
DOG WARDEN SERVICES
WllEREAS, on January 16, 1997 the Borough of Carteret passed Resolution #9%
19, Authorizing Mayor to Execute Interlocal Services Agreement for Dog Warden
Services with the City of Linden; and
WHEREAS, due to an error by the City of Linden, the incorrect amount of
$18,185.00 was noted on Resolution #97-19; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #97-19 shall be amended to correct the amount from
$18,185.00 to $19,095.00, a difference of $910.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that Resolution #97-19 is hereby amended to reflect the correct
amount of $19,095.00 for the Interlocal Services Agreement for Dog Warden
Services with the City of Linden.
Adopted this 6th day of March, 1997
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on March 7, 1997.
