Minutes 3/16/16 approved- 1st Dean, 2nd Larry, all in favor
Old Business
Discussion of proposal ranks/scoring
Make a motion to interview the top 3 firms as a result of our scoring - Larry 1st, 2nd Linda
Godfrey's/Humphries Poli, Erstadt, and Trout/McCall Design and Planning will be interviewed.
Interview Questions review:
Question 2 -Please review your process to create a schematic design for this project.
Question 6 - Meg adds "staff, operate, and maintain"
Question 7 - First part is the same, add "what could our committee and city staff do to diminish
costs?"
Meg - make sure that when we invite firms to interview we reiterate the scope of work so that
they know exactly what we want from them.
Move to approve changes to interview questions. Linda 1st, Heather 2nd. All approve.
For next meeting committee will go over Interview Scoring Evaluation Criteria
Next meeting is next week, April 20.
Bozeman Library Design Conference - Andy is attending.
