Coucilmen present were filliam dwards, James ''Tinter, LeRoy Tinkum and Jerry Bickle. Also present were Richard Doucette Tow attorney, Larry Petersen, minicipal judge, Alta Gesellman, clerk, Monte Rollers, Mark T merson, Bill. Boees, Stan Lazier, Michael Boex and Hill Faraklas.
