Regular meeting of the Fraser Town 'Council was held 2 -2 -77
Meeting called to order at 8:00 r.m. by Mayor Leonard.
Coucilmen present were filliam dwards, James ''Tinter, LeRoy
Tinkum and Jerry Bickle. Also present were Richard Doucette
Tow attorney, Larry Petersen, minicipal judge, Alta Gesellman,
clerk, Monte Rollers, Mark T merson, Bill. Boees, Stan Lazier,
Michael Boex and Hill Faraklas.
Minutes of last regular meeting and public hearing continuance
were arnroved as read.

H ill 'Boyes along with Bill Faraklas were present to protest
the billing- of 11850 for t-ie additional nlant investment fee
for the Hirers Peak rtestaurant. ``!:r. Faraklas campared our
rates with Hideaway Park rates and feels this rate is out of
reason. Hoard explained we feel our nlant investment fees are
reasona ble and have been in effect for over five years.
Hoard feel the tar, structure is set aid eeey will not make an
exception.

to the standards of streets in Ptarminr ton. aT,ror explained to
Mr Cazier that the board will not aintain t' e streets until nroner

Mr. Boex was also nresent to question the hoerd a.bnut the
maintainin- of streets in Ptarmington. nett he now understands the

fefls there are not enough suns to show where resolution is to
be enforced. He feels there should be signs on each street
where narking is not a11o��ed for more than 24 hrs. Board to
order additional signs and Post as soon as digging can be done.
Jim "Bartels Sheriffs Dent. ren 26 citations were issued
in 1976 and to date 9 had been issued in 1977. Inquired of
hoard for any questions or problems on coverage.

Don Smith reouested permission to di., accross Norr-ren
