GREENCASTLE BOARD OF WORKS
Special Session
January 22, 1996
The Greencastle Board of Works met in special session on January 22, 1996, at 3:30 p.m. at the
Street Department. On the Roll Call, the following were found to be present: Board Members
Sue Murray and George Murphey. Also present was Mayor Nancy Michael.
Mayor Michael called the meeting to order.
General Business
City claims were discussed and approved on a motion by Sue Murray with the acknowledgement
that the Board of Works members would receive a Fund Report in their packets and there would
be more detail on the Claims Docket. This motion was seconded by George Murphey. Vote to
approve was unanimous.
With no further business the meeting was adjourned on a motion by George Murphey, seconded
by Sue Murray. Vote to adjourn was unanimous.
