AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC),
SCHEDULE (A), SPEED LIMITS), SUBPARAGRAPH (D); SCHEDULE (G), (STOP
INTERSECTIONS), SUBPARAGRAPH (B); AND SCHEDULE (H), (YIELD SIGNS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
PERTAINING TO VARIOUS ROADWAYS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A, (Speed
Limits), Subparagraph (d), (Forty miles per hour), of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of Cedar City Drive, as follows:
Cedar Cit• Drive: from Hi2hwav 50/63 westerly to the Cit• Limits.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule G, (Stop
Intersections), Subparagraph (b), (Other specified intersections), of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of portions of Cedar City
Drive, as follows:
Hibernia Road: before entering Airport Road and Cedar Citv Drive.
Sewer Treatment Plant Access Road: before enterin Hibernia Road.
Fourth Street: before entering Cedar City Drive.
Oilwell Road: before entering Cedar City Drive.
Old Airport Road: before entering Cedar Cit Drive.
Sandstone Drive: before entering Fourth Street.
Cottonwood Drive: before entering Fourth Street.
Katy Road: before entering Oilwell Road.
Section 3. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule H, (Yield
Signs), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of portions of Cedar City Drive, as follows:
