A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $16,741 FROM
PROPOSITION C FUND TO ENGINEERING DIVISION-PROP C
(2351.45.405)
WHEREAS, Martin Luther King Boulevard and Bullis Road serves as a major
intersection serving the civic center; and
WHEREAS, preparation of a traffic signal modification plan, specifications and
estimate is needed; and
WHEREAS, additional appropriation is needed to move forward with this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood finds and declares that the
foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporate said recitals fully into this
Resolution as substantive findings.
Section 2. That The City Council approve the following appropriation for traffic
engineering services for the preparation of a traffic signal modification for Martin Luther
King Boulevard at Bullis Road:

2351 Proposition C ($16,741)
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this City Council
Resolution.
