ORDINANCE NO. 86 -581
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING SECTION 1200A
OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE AS IT
PERTAINS TO INFRACTIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 1200A of the Temple City Municipal Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"1200A. SAME -- INFRACTIONS.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 36900 of the Cali-
fornia Government Code, the first violation by any person of
any of the following provisions of the Temple City Municipal
Code shall be deemed "infractions ", while any subsequent
violations shall be deemed a "misdemeanor ":
A) Violations of fence heights (Sec. 9363, 9316 - 9319).
B) Violations of garage sales (Sec. 4250 et seq.).
C) Violations of Park regulations (Sec. 3500 - 3588)."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor, and shall cause the
same to be published in the Temple City Times, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Temple
City.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
86 -581, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Temple. City held on the 7th day of January, 1986, and
duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of January, 1986,
by the following vote:
AYES; Councilmen - Atkins, Froehle, Gillanders, Swain, Dennis
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
