1. Call to order and confirmation of quorum
2. Agenda changes and approval
3. Approve 2019 meeting schedule
4. Minutes review and approval
Minutes from regular meeting on September 20 and joint public hearing on October 18
5. Recommendations to Town Board for October public hearing items:
A. Future Land Use Plan amendment and Rezoning request from Orange County impacting approximately 4
acres on US 70 West.
B. Future Land Use Plan amendment and Rezoning request impacting 7.16 acres at the intersection of Valley
Forge Road and NC 86.
C. Section 6.15.3, 6.15.8, and 6.15.9 regulating how recreation fees in lieu and land dedications are reviewed
and approved during the development process.
D. Section 6 to remove Section 6.19, steep slope provisions
E. Section 5.1.7 to modify uses permitted in non-residential districts
6. Discussion (a vote by the board is needed to send any items to public hearing):
A. Amendments to the permitted use table impacting attached dwellings and mobile home parks
B. Amendment to Section 6.13.10 to require off-street loading for additional uses
7. Updates
8. Adjournment
