DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF I~,AFFLE LICENSES TO
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council ofthe
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey bySt.. Joseph (laurch
of the Borough of Carteret; aud
WHEREAS, it appears that the al~plicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that tile
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of tffe
applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance witff Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TllEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by tffe Mayor and
Council of the Borough 91' Cmtelet, Ihat the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute tile eudorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing, .upon proper
presentatiou of application aod Fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
t'o~ thwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Conunission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101.
