RESOLUTION
WHEREAS George B. Gibson was appointed as a member of the
Board of Directors of Tarrant County Water Supply Corpora-
tion as a representative from the Town of Richland Hills,
his term to expire on April 5, 1962;
WHEREAS there now exists a vacancy on the Board of Directors
of Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation because of the
resignation from George Gibson, which resignation has been
accepted by the Board of Aldermen of the Town of Richland
Hills; and
WHEREAS James F. Vachule of the Town of Richland Hills possess-
es the mature judgement, experience and knowledge necessary to
the appropriate discharge of responsibilities as member of the
Board of Directors of the Tarrant County Water Supply Corpora-
tion;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
James F. Vachule be and is hereby appointed representative
of the Town of Richland Hills on the Tarrant County Water
Supply Corporation to fill the unexpired term of George Gibson,
who has resigned such position.
UNANIMOUSLY PASSED AND APPROVED the 3rd day of November, 1961.
