Mayor of Richland Hills, Texas. During said meeting the following resolution
was offered by Alderman 1", A and duly seconded by
Alderman ,17/ / the same being duly adopted by the
unanimous vote of all Aldermen present, to wit:
Resolved, that
a,t44 idai, 4 .1) Mayor of the Tow of
Richland Hills, Texas, be and is hereby authorized and empowered to execute a
supplemental agreement in the name and behalf of the Town of Richland Hills,
Texas, with Texas Electric Service Company, providing for modification of
two agreetients with Texas Electric Service Company dated August 6, 1954 and
January 27, 1956.
