A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CASHING AND
CONVERTING INTO CASH 4p250, 000.00 OF TREASURY NOTES .
WHEREAS, the Town of Richland Hills has invested 4250, 000.00 in U.S.
Treasury notes to be used and converted into cash if and when the need
should arise, and,
WHEREAS, it is now considered expedient and necessary that the same
should be converted into cash in order that such cash be used for
the purposes for which it was intended :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Alderman of the Town
off, Richland Hills Texas that the Mayor, Town Secretary and officers
o the Town execute any necessary legal instruments to convert such
Treasury Bills into cash for the use of the Town.
