RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY TO HENRY
MILLICAN THE SUM OF $5,029.51 FOR SERVICES
FOR RE-WORKING THE CITY'S RENA PLANT TRINITY
WELL.
WHEREAS, on authority of the Board of Aldermen of the Town
of Richland Hills, Texas, the Mayor has heretofore employed
Henry Millican to re-work the Rena Plant Trinity Well, and whereas,
the said Henry Millican has submitted a bill for services incidental
thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen is of the opinion that the said
bill is fair and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and Treasurer be authorized and directed to
pay to Henry Millican the sum of $5,029.51 for his services
incidental to reworking the City ' s Rena Plant Trinity Water Well.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of February, A.D. 1960.
