AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2$2 REZONING
PROPERTY AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECOND AND
MINNESOTA STREETS FROM RA TO M ZONE.
The City Council of the City of Beaumont does ordain as
follows:
1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commission
of the City of Beaumont, that certain property located at the
northwest corner of Second and Minnesota Streets, in the City of
Beaumont, County of Riverside, State of California, particularly
described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 136, as shown by the Amended Map
of the Town of Beaumont on file in Book 6, Pages
lb and 17 of Maps, San Bernardino County Records,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the
City of Beaumont by Deed recorded November 1,
1947, as Instrument #14,
is hereby rezoned from RA to M Zone.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general
circulation, published, orinted and circulated in the City of
Beaumont, and thirty (30) days after its adoption, this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect.
Introduced at a regular meeting held on October 8,19b3.
Adopted this 22nd day of October, 1963.

22nd. day of October, 19b3, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Haskell, Berg, Brazie and Houston.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Mayor Allen.

hereby certify that the attached is a true and correct copy of
Ordinance No. 356 of said City; that Ordinance No. 356 passed
a First. Reading at the Regular Meeting of the Beaumont City
Council, held January 28th,1964, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Houston, Haskell, Berg, Brazie and Allen.
ROES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen None.
That Ordinance No. 356 will be presented for a Second
Reading and Final Adoption at the next regular meeting of said
City Council.
