OF THE CITY CLERK ANI) THE CITY TREASURER, AID REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS DF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT `_HEREWITH. TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1, That beginning with the new term of office of the City Clerk, commencing in April, 1964, the compensation of the City Clerk of the City of Beaumont shall be and it is hereby fixed at the rate of Four Hundred Fifty and ncJ1OO Dollar. per month. Section 2. That beginning with the new term of office of the City Treasurer, commencing in April,I64, the compensation of the Cityreasurer of the City of Eeaumont shall be and it is hereby fixed at the rate of Seventy_ Five and noL1O0 Dollars__ per month. ----___ Section 3. Ordinance No. 313 of the City of Beaumont is hereby specifically repealed, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances insofar as they are in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed. . Section 4. -The City Clerk shall certify to the p assage and adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the Same to be published once in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, published, printed and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and thirty days after its adoption, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect. 19 PASI) AND ADOPTED this City Clerk.
