AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 282
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RA TO
M ZONE.
City Council of the City of Beaumont does ordain as follows
1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commissi
of the City of Beaumont that certain property located at Second
and Minnesota Avenue, situated in the City of Beaumont, County
of Riverside, State of California, particularly described as:
Lot 4, Block 137 as shown by Amended Map of
the Town (now City) of Beaumont on file
in Book 6, pages 16 and 17 of Maps, Records
of San Bernardino County, California
is hereby rezoned from RA to 1 Zone.
2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoptio
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Beaumont Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation,
published, printed and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and
thirty days after its adoption, this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting held on March 9th.,, 1965.
ADOPTED this 23 day of March, 1965.
