A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CASHING OF
$100,000.00 IN TREASURY BILLS, OWNED BY THE TOWN OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Town of Richland Hills, Texas, is the owner of Treasury
Bills in the amount of $100,000.00, which are due on August 15, 1960,and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has found that it is necessary to
convert that amount into cash in order that it may pay obligations
of the Town that have matured earlier than anticipated, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen has unanimously approved the
cashing of such bills:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS:
That the Mayor and Town Secretary be and they are authorized and
directed to cash $100,000.00 in Treasury Bills in order that the
cash may be made available for its intended purpose .

I, Virginia Howard, Town Secretary of the Town of Richland
Hills, Texas, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and
