AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 373 PERTAINING TO SALARIES FOR
CITY COUNCILMEN AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES AND PARTS
THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 373 thereto adopted to wit on March 8,
1966 is and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2: All other ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of the
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the Beaumont
Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Beaumont, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect thirty days after its adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May 1966.

Ayes: Councilman Karnes, Kief, and Haskell.
Noes: Councilman Muse and Houston.
