does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. That a Contract between the

CITY COUNCIL

and the Board of Administration,

California State Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized, a copy of
said Contract being attached hereto, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference
made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
SECTION 2. The

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 65 days after the date of its

going Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 378 of the City of
Beaumont, was introduced and read at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Beaumont, duly held on
the 13th. day of June, 1967, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted $t the regular meeting of said City
Council, duly held oh the 27th. day of June,1967, by
