AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUVIONT, CALIFORNIA,
CREATING AND ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONES; AND REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 242,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Fire Zone 2 shall be within and shall include
all property located in the "C" and t1M" Zones.
Section 2. That Fire Zone 3 shall be within and shall include
all property located in the R-1, R-2, R-3, R -A and R-0 Zones.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 242 of the City of Beaumont and
all other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance shall be and the salve are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Beaumont shall certify
to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published, and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after its
adoption.

I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and
read in full at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Beaumont, duly held on the 8th. day of August,1967, and was
duly adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on
the 22nd. day of August, 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman Haskell, Karnes, Kief and Houston.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Muse.
