A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MID CITY ADDITION OF THE
DAILY NEWS TEXAN AS THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE TOWN
OF RICHLAND HILLS , TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Article No. 1013 of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas
requires certain ordinances to be published in the "official paper"
of the Town, and,
WHEREAS , various other laws require certain matters to be published
in an official newspaper in the Town, and,
WHEREAS, the Mid City Addition of the Daily News Texan is a newspaper
of general circulation in the `Town of Richland Hills, Texas, and,
WHEREAS, a motion was made and unanimously adopted that such newspaper
be declared to be the official newspaper for publication in and for
the Town Of Richland Hills , Texas:
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Alderman of the
Town of Richland Hills, Texas that the Mid City Addition of the Daily
News Texan be and it is hereby designated as and declared to be the
official newspaper of the Town of Richland Hills, Texas, for all
publications required by law and/or by ordinances .
