date of the election on April 9, 1968, in the Aecord-
Gazette, a newspaper

published in the City of Beaumont, and in the Daily inter -
prise, a newspaper of general circultior, orinted and
published in the Coont,y o Riverside, California.
6. This Ordinance is nerebv declared to be en Urgency Ordi-
nance,
to become effective iamediately, since it is re-
latin to a Special Jilection to be held Abril 9th. 19 8,
and time will not permit its adootion as a regular ordi-
nance.
7. The City Clerk shall certifyto the adontion of this
Jrencv Ordinanc, and shall cause the saLie to be publish—
ed once in the )a,ily Record Gazette, a newspaper 01 Feneral
circuiption, drinted, published an circulteb in. the City
of beaumont, and it shall be in fPli force and effect
imediatelv upon its adoption.
