AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
CALIFORNIA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 282
REZONING CERTAIN 1ROPERTY FROM RA TO
M ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning
Commission of the City of Beaumont that certain property located
at First and Beaumont, situated in the City of Beaumont, County
of Riverside, State of California, particularly described as
follows:
Lots 1 through 16, in Block 159 as shown by the
Amended Map of the Town (now City) of Beaumont
on file in Book 6, pages 16 and 17 of Maps,
Records of San Bernardino County, California,
is hereby rezoned from RA to M Zone.
SECTION 2. In the event said property as described in
Section 1 hereof fails to be used for UM" purposes within a year
of the effective date of this ordinance, said property shall revert
to its original zoning as prescribed in Section 1 of Ordinance #389
and this Ordinance shall be rescinded.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
once in the Daily Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in the City of Beaumont, and thirty days after its adoption,
this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect.

City of Beaumont, duly held on the 22nd day of October , 1968,
and that the same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meet-
ing of said City Council duly held on the 12th day of November ,
1968, by the following vote:

Councilman Rodeman, Mason, Kief and Haskell.
None.
