The City Councilof i.he City of Beaumont does ordain as
follows

No. 1969-11 that cert?in property situated in the City of Beaumont,
County of riverside, 'r tate of California, known as a portion of
"Annexation No. 15" and particull.ey described as follows:
That portion of the Southwest Q"arter of Fractional
Section 4, Township 3 South, Range 1 West, SAN BERNARDINO
BASE AND MERIDIAN, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northeasterly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of California
by Deed recorded April 9, 1959, in Book 2448 of Official
Records, Page 75, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, distant along said Northeasterly line South
