AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 282
REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF PROPERTY IN
"ANNEXATION NO. 16" FROM R-1 TO R-3,
R-0, C-2 AND M-1.
THE CITY CG`INCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of Beaumont, that certain property situated in the City of Beaumont,
County of Riverside, Stat '.= of California, being a portion of "Annexation No. 16"
is hereby rezoned from R-1 to R-3, R-0, C-2 and M-1 Zone as shown on the attached
map entitled "Zoning Map - Beaumont, (Annexation No. 69-35-3)".
SECTION 2. Said Zoning Map shall be as much a part of this Ordinance as if
the matter and information set forth by said map were all fully described herein,
and the same is incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Record -Gazette, a
newspaper of general circulation in the City of Beaumont, and thirty (30 ) days
after its adoption, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of May, 1970.
