follows:
That portion of the Southeast quarte: of Section 34,
Township 2 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino. Base
ane Meridian according to the official Plar of said
land filed in the District Land Office, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of the Southerly
50000 feet of said section, said point being North 89°
55 05" East 30.00 feet from the intersection of said
North line with the Northerly prolongation of the center-
line of Michigan Avenus oE shown on a map recorded in
Look 6, Page 16 of Naps. in tha office of the County
Recorder of San Bernadino County, California; thence

SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this ordinance and. shall cause the same to be published
once in the Daily Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Beaumont and thirty (30) days after its adoption this
ordinance shall be in full force and effet.
