HEREBY Of1DhIN 3 FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the reconmendation of the Plann-ing
Commission of the City of Beaumont that certain property located on
Highway 60 in Annexation No, 15, situatd in the City of Eeaumont,
Count4. of Riverside, State of California, partieUlarly described as
101lows:
PARCEL 1: The West 590 feet of the Southeast Quarter
(1/4) of Section 5, Township 3 South, Range I West,
San Bernardino Base and Lerid3an, as shown by the
United States Government Survey: EXCEPTING any portion
granted to City, County and State for road prposes,
,AND ALSO EXCEPTING the Southerly 300 feet -
is hereby rzoned from R-1 to R-3 and;
PARCEL 2: The South 300 feet of the West 590 feet of
Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 5, Township 3 South,
R[nqe 1 West San Bernardino B,14',- and veridian as
shown by the United States Government Survey, EXCEPTING
any portion granted to City, County and State for road
purposes,

SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once
in the Daily Record -Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in the
City of Beaumont and thirty (30) days after its adoption this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect.
Introduced at a Regular Meeting held on the 14th day of
December, 1970.
ADOPTED this 28th day of December, 1970.
