SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recouLlendetion of the Planning
Commission of the City of -3.eavmont that certain properLy being a part of
Annen.acion No. 15 located in the City of Beaumont, County of Rivarside,
Sate of California, particularly described as follows:
Ali that portion of the sc%Ithwest one-quarcer of Section 5,
Township 3 Southv Range 1 trast, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian more partichlarly described as follows:
Commencin?? at the southwest corner of said Section 5; Thence

Section 5, a distance of 30.01 feat to a point in a 1in,1
parallel with and distant northerly 30.00 feet, measured at
right angles, from the southerly line of said Section 5, said
point also being in the northerly right of way line of the
State Highway as shown by State Highway Right of Way Map No.
428482 on file in the office of tha County Surveyor of
riverside County, California, as Draweing No, 204-159; Thence
South 89° 31 08" East along said parallel line and along
said northerly right of way tine, a distance of 1895.00 feet
to a point therein for tha TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence,
at a right angle, North 000 28 52" East, a distance of 660.00
feet, Thence, at a right angle, South 89° 31' 03" East, a
distance of 699.67 feet, more or less, to a point in the east
line of said southwest quarter of said Section 5; Thence,
South 00° 241 30" West along said east line, a distance of
628.72 feet, more or less, to a point in the northerly right
of way line of said State Highway; Thance South 68° 52' 46"
West along said northerly right of way line, a distance of
84.96 feet to an angle point therein, said point being in
said parallel line; Thence North 89° 31' 08" West along said
parallel line and along said northerly right of way line, a
distance of 621.43 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing 10,58 acres.
is hereby rezoned from R-1 co C-2 Zone.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the
Daily Record-Cazette, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Beaumont, and thirty days after its adoption, this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect.
