CRDCNANCE NO, 32f: TOR THE PURPOSE OF REVISING
CERTAIN vaS FOR SERVICE PERFORMED BY THE CITY
OF BEAMIONT 01 ITS APPOINTED AGENTS AND REPEAL -
TNG ANY OTHER ORDINANCE OR FARTS THEREOF IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH.
TI -IE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMOIT DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. Article 33 Section 2, Subsect:Lon (f) of Ordinance No. 324 of the
City of Beaumont is hereby mended so as to read es follous:
Article 3, Section 2, Subsection (f), FILING FEES FOR TENTATIVE
SUBDIVISION PLATS: FIFA:, SUBDIVISION PLATS:
1) Tentative eubd4.vision filing fee shall be $75.00 per plat
plus $4.00 per lot. In addition, proponents to pay cost
of any specie -1 Investigations that may be required.
2) Final subdivision map shell be $100.00 per plat plus $3.00
per lot.
SECTION 2L Article 3, Section 23 Subsection (1) of Ordinance No. 324 of
the City of Beaumont is hereby added so es to read as follows:
Article 3, Section 2, Subsection (1), CHARGES: The charges set
forth in Subsection (i) 1 and 2 may, from time to time, be modified
by increases or decreases thereto by resolution of the City Council,
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Daily Record -Gazette,
a newspaper of general circulation and circulated in the City of Beaumont, and it
shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) days after its adoption,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March, 1971.

certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 424, was introduced and
read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Beaumont, duly held
on the 8th day of March, 1971 and that the same was duly passed and adopted at the
regular meeting of said City Council duly held on the 22nd day of March, 1971, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilman Mason, Valdivia, Hightower and Haskell.
Nors: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Rodeman.
