a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Beaumont, duly
held on the 13th day of March, 1972, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council duly held on the
27th day of March, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman Rodeman, Ochoa, Valdivia, Hightower and Haskell.
