No. 333 by'adding thereto Section 7-r, Patio, Garage and Yard Sales and by adding: to Section 9 thereof a license rate therefor reps ling all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith. .... The City 'Council of, the City of Beaumont does hereby ordain 8 as follows: 9;. Section 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 333 is hereby 10 supplemented by adding thereto Subsection 7-r ae,foliows: 11 Section 7-r, For the purposes of this ordinance, patio 12 garage and/or yard sales are defined, as a *ale held at a private 13 residence by the owner or owners, tenant and/or occupant thereof and since it is recognized that it is necessary to dispose of petsonal property by means of an,on-site sale,this section is signed to definethe limits of such sales* 16 17 7-r (a) Patio, garage and/or'"' ales . shall be held 'ne. 1 mo re. often than once each six months at any sesidential address 1 and for a period not to exceed five. (5) consecutive days. Section 2. Section 9 of Ordinance NO. 333 is hereby supplemented by insertingtherein between Paintand Oil Dealer 12 and' Pawnbroker, Patio, -.Garage or Yard Sales - pet sale = $5.O0. 13 14 15 16' 17 section 3. All other ordinances or Nitta thereof herewith are hereby repealed. Section. 4.
