I agree on not allowing the self storage warehouses in those areas. I support an addition to Uncommon Ground. I am ambivalent about 30ft high signage. I think it would need to be in harmony with the architecture. I support the Uncommon Grounds expansion, but not the Self -Storage or the massive intrusions on Nichols Ave by LINX (including parking spots!
