A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION
ON THE PART OF THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS,
TEXAS IN THE MAKING OF EX`ENSIONS TO THE
WATER SYSTEM TO SERVE THE NEW RICHLAND HILL
PARK ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT
OF COST OF SUCH PARTICIPATION .
It having been considered by the Board of Alderman of the
Town of Richland Hills that it is desirable and to the best
interest of such Town that it participate in the cost of making
extensions to the water system to serve the New Richland
Park Addition, as recommended by Freese and Nichols, the
consulting engineers and that the revised estimate and statement
of such cost that should be paid by the Town of Richland Hills
is the sum of 41, 797.00, as shown by the itemised statement
submitted by such consulting engineers:
BE IT RESOLVED by the board of Alderman of the Town of
Richland Hills that its officers pay, from the revenue fund,
the sum of 41,797.00 to Ed L. Baker, who has advanced such
sum to defray the cost of Richland Hill 's participation
in such project.
