A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF REAVES
AND GREGORY, ENGINEERS FOR THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS ON
CONTRACTS No 1 and No 2 AND FOR PAYMENT OF ENGINEERS SERVICES.

10' WHEREAS, on April 3, 1959, Reaves and Gregory made a report to the
z Board of Alderman as to progress on Contracts No 1 and 2 on the
paving and drainage plans in the Town of Richland Hills and submitted
a printed, or typewritten report, thereon, together with a statement
for their services which was in the amount of 432,361.72, and,
WHEREAS, a motion was made by Alderman Gibson and seconded by Alderman
Allen that said report be accepted and approved and that the said
engineers be paid from the Drainage and Street Improvement Fund the

O sum of $32,361.72 and said motion was unanimously adopted:

En NOW. THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Town of Richland Hills accept
the plane and specifications, prepared by -eaves and Uregory, for
streets and drainage improvements in the Town of Richland Hills and
that such firm be paid the sum of *32,361.72 for their services, such
sum to be paid from the Street and Drainage Funds.
