A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO HENRY C: MILLICAN
FOR WORK DONE ON THE NORTH WELL AT THE RUFE SNOW
C) PLANT FROM REVENUE FUNDS OF RICHLAND HILLS.

WHEREAS, the Board of Alderman has , heretofore, authorized Kenry
C. Millican tc do certain work on the North well at the Rufe Snow
Plant, owned by the Town of Richland Kills, and such work has been
done according to the contract, and,
WHEREAS, Henry C. Millican has submitted a statement for such services,
in the amount of c)1632.75, and,
WWEREAS, it is considered by the Board of Alderman of the Town of
Richland Fills, that such statement is in order, is reasonable and
should be paid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Richland Hills approve
such work and statement, that the charges made therefor be approved
and that he be paid the sum of 41632.75 from the Revenue Fund.
