A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT TO ARTESIAN WATER AND
Z DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR WORK DONE ON THE INSTA :LATION
OF WATER LIv"ES IN THE TOWN OF RICBLAND HILLS.
WHEREAS, the Board of Alderman has , heretofore, authorized the
LIJ Artesian :rater and Development Company to do certain work and to
install water lines in the Town of Richland :: ills, and,
tL REAS, the work and c ntract has been partially completed and
the company has submitted its statement in the sum of i32,691.68
C) for the services rendered to the date of such statement , and,
coW EREAS, it is considered by the Board of Alderman of the Town of
Richland -ills that such statement is in order, is reasonable and
should be paid:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the T wn of Richland Tvilla
approve such work and statement, that the charges made therefor be
approved and that such company be paid the sum of 32,691.68 from
the Street and Drainage and Improvement Fund of the Town of Richland
hills, Texas.
