A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE STATEMENT OF REAVES AND
GREGORY, ENGINEERS, FOR PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS , RIGHT OF WAY
SURVEYS , CONSTRUCTING LAYOUTS AND FIELD EXPENSE AND
DIRECTING THE PAYMENT TO THE FIRM OF $1,049.00.
WHEREAS, Reaves and Gregory, consulting engineers for the Town bf
Richland Hills, Texas, have presented their statement for charges and
expenses for plans and specifications, right-of-way surveys, construction
layout and field expense, in the amount of $1,049.00, and,
WHEREAS, the statement has been examined by the Board of Alderman, on
this date, and the same is found to be reasonable , proper and the items
for which the charges were made have been authorized, the same should be
paid:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Richland Hills approve
the statement of Reaves and Gregory, consulting engineers, which statement
is dated May / , 1959 and that the 01,049.00, charged therein, be paid
from the Street and Drainage Funds.
