RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TAX ROLLS AND
REPORT OF THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR
THE YEAR 1959
RESOLVED, that the tax rolls and report of the Board of
Equalization for the Sear 1959 be approved.
WHEREAS the Board of Equalization has submitted a report
and the tax rolls for the Town of Richland Hills, Texas for the
year 1959; and
WHEREAS, the Town has made a study of said Report and has
examined and considered the said tax rolls:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE TOWN OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the tax rolls submitted by the Board of Equali-
zation be and the same are hereby, approved.
Section 2. That the tax assessor and collector shall proceed to
assess and collect the taxes due on all property in accordance
with the laws of the State of Texas and the ordinances of the
I Town of Richland Hills, Texas.
