ORDINANCE No. 41
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et. seq., as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF CITY OF BEL AIRE, F~NSAS:
Section 1.
The following described land, to wit:
Beginning at a point 600 feet West of the Southwest corner of
the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 19, Township 26S, Range
2 E, Sedgwick County, Kansas, thence East approximately 2040
feet to the point of the Southwest corner of the lJest half (1/2)
of the Southeast quarter of Section 19, TOvffiship 26S, Ran8e 2E,
thence North 150 feet, thence West approximately 2040 feet,
thence South 150 feet to the point of beginning consisting of
Seven (7) acres, more or less.
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick
County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city newspaper.
