RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MID-STATE FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION RE: PARKING LOT
BE, IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
it does hereby authorize the renewal of an existing tenancy pursuant to which
the Borough of Carteret occupies a portion of the Mid-State Federal Credit
Union parking lot on Roosevelt as a public parking lot.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said renewal for a period beginning
January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2001 and upon those terms and
conditions specified in Resolution#93-I35 adopted ApriI 1, 1993 and shall
include the following:
1. Rental: Three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month.
2. Insurance: The Borough shall post the requisite liability
- insurance.
3. Maintenance: The Borough shall maintain the parking lot and
surface thereof.
4. Signage: The Borough shall post signs in an area to be
designated by Mid-State Federal Credit Union for
the use of passenger vehicles only.
5. Cancellation: Said agreement to be cancelablc upon thirty (30)
days notice to Landlord.
Adopted this 18th day of January 2001
and Certified as a true copy of the
original on January 19, 2001.
