'WHEREAS: Baker Brothers Company, Fort Worth, Texas have requested the
town of Richland Hills, Texas to approve the dedication of a certain tract of
land identified as block "H" of Richland Hills, an addition in the town of
Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas prepared by Brookes Baker, surveyor, Fort
Worth, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of Richland Hills,
Texas, that the dedication be approved provided that lots one (1) through eight
(8) be reserved solely for redIdential purposes and lots nine (9) through thirteen
(13) be reserved solely for commercial purposes,
