Parliamentary Procedure" , based on Roberts Rules of Order, concerning
what should go into the minutes .
We then took up where we left offon the Charter.
Of North Richland Hills Charter:
ARTICLE VI , Section 1 . Smith moved this be accepted as written.
Bridges seconded . Vote for was unanimous . (See attached copy)

Bill agar asked if there is a law requiring city employees to live
in the City. The Chairman said he would check on it .
Section 7. Introduction, ,as amended, and Paragraph ( 1 ) amendeddto

Sheppard asked about the qualifications for the substitute . It was
agreed that logically they would be the same as above , but it would be
left to the discretion of the Mayor.
