The Charter Commission met Dec. 17, 1985. The meeting was called
to order by the Chairman, Paul Daniels , at 7:00 p.m. This meet-
was held according to the Texas Open Meeting Law. Notice was
duly posted by the City Secretary.
Bridges moved , Smith seconded , the minutes be approved as written.
Vote for was unanimous.
Riley Fletcher was here to help with the Charter. It is inpractical
to record his three-hour' talk. If anyone wants to hear the tapes
check with the Chairman.
Le ach moved, McRrayer seconded, the Charter Commission meet Jan.
2hd. at 7:00 p.m. Vote for was 11 , Black and Agan opposed.
Black and Shepard arrived at 7: 55 p.m.) Donohoo and Harvey were
absent.
