AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE (J), (PARKING
PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF CHERRY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule J, (Parking
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of a portion of Cherry Street, as follows:
Cherry Street: on the east side thereof,within 50 feet of the south curb line of Cedar Way.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
