BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the Donation Letter and Waiver of Appraisal attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to sign the General Warranty Deed attached hereto as Exhibit B. Section 3.
