AUTHORIZING VARIOUS CONTRACTORS TO PERFORM
REtIABIL1TATION OF HOMES PURSUANT TO COUNCIL
ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, thc Borough of Cartcret has received certain money to Regional
Contribution Agreements (RCA) funds; and
WHEREAS, thc Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hercby approve the following amounts for the work to be
perfommd by various contractors:
Readington Account: Contractor Not to Exceed
101 Frederick St.. KJS Plbg & Htg $6,500.00
19 Post Blvd. James Pappas $2,000.00
