COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, MAY 5, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
The May 5, 2014, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
President Pro Tempore Bob Scrivner in the absence of Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Bray, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey,
Mihalevich, Prather, Schulte, and Scrivner
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Council Liaison Appointments – Mayor Struemph has indicated he would like
the Council to go ahead and approve his recommended appointments tonight in
his absence.
Ward 4 Town Hall Meeting – Councilman Graham stated he would like to make
an announcement about the Ward 4 Town Hall meeting on June 14.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
